Due to the consumable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following specific conditions:

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at Contact Page with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Wait for our team to review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-7 business days).

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
